Very negative approach to the call center team. High turnover they apply pressure and micro manage
Family Advisor coaches don’t teach or help you. They bet down you to make metrics so they can make bonus money. Negative coaching very bad. Turnover is extremely high for family advisor
If they didnt doc your pay for things out of your control
Stop lower the commission plan every few months
More knowledge of senior care and less negative micro management by sales coaches that are more concerned about making metric bonus for themselves than helping you succeed.
