I find the company to be honest and supportive

Leadership cares about seniors and the employees at the company. Co-workers are empathetic and friendly. Not a lot of office politics. Sometimes hard to figure out how to get things done like laptop repairs.

They manipulate families and teach staff pseudo empathy only to close the sale.

Big bait and switch call center. They attract people to their website who are seeking resources or knowledge about senior care then read a script to them and direct them to private pay home care or senior communities that pay them for referrals.

I work as a Family Advisor. The role is rewarding because you can often truly help seniors. It is a sales position and the sales coaches get a bonus to make Family Advisors set tours and send leads to community partners. Often this poor method of compensating coaches results in bad leads to partners

Leaders are willing to listen to everyone. There are monthly townhalls so you always know how the company is doing and what projects are next.

Very negative approach to the call center team. High turnover they apply pressure and micro manage

Family Advisor coaches don’t teach or help you. They bet down you to make metrics so they can make bonus money. Negative coaching very bad. Turnover is extremely high for family advisor

Caring for Caring Week (~week off at the new year) & 5 Paid Caregiver Days should you need to take care of a loved one beyond PTO.

More knowledge of senior care and less negative micro management by sales coaches that are more concerned about making metric bonus for themselves than helping you succeed.

Everyone at the office is nice, very little judgement, not a lot of egos.
