We all work together and there are many that I consider friends.

They are fair to everyone and encourage teamwork. They listen to your concerns.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am scheduled with people that smile and do their job. They are drama free!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is not a long interrogation. They explain the job, ask a few questions then ask if you think it is a good fit.
