The other servers I work with, are on the same level of the totem pole and all understand how we could all use help and help each other. Some servers may not be the best, but overall the servers I work with are great. The hosts don't do their job properly and management does nothing about it.

Server and respect with teamates
They are all on drugs. There are no consequences for calling off 6 times a month there are no consequences for showing up hours late. They cuss and use the N word our front in front of customers with no consequences it's pathetic
Show up for scheduled shifts. Have penalties when they call off or are late. Stop doing drugs. Act professionally. Stop bringing their kids to work all the time. Stop the party atmosphere.
Work as a team. Be more attentive and look for things to do while it is slow.
Stop being drunks and learn to manage their money better so we all dont have to be around their bad attitudes from the night before.
Frequently the servers there would not even pick up their own food and other servers would have to run it for them. The division of labor made no sense. You would have one server with 5 tables making so much money, and another with maybe 1 table at a time picking up the slack for less pay

How about trying to be happy trying to work with others instead of working for yourself and the company really needs to take that slogan that they use so much that we respect all customers and all employees because they don't they only care about the dollar bill
