Stop looking for desprate people by making them wait hours for an interview. And getting people willing and ready to work.

Look for people that want to grow the culture and beliefs of the company and not squander them for self gain.

Dont make fun of applicants for their financial hardships

They should've been honest with me that I wouldn't have a job anymore in the event of a pandemic

Starting me out at a higher pay rate, especially knowing everything in the backline .
