They are right next to you showing that they are in there position for a reason.

My managers are cool but just like everyone in the restaurant, we all feel dead inside. Were all struggling and it all ends with "if only i got paid more"

Not much, they don’t listen to your concerns about the work environment, the managers talk to you like you’re incompetent, and there is very obvious favoritism in the work place therefor

Leadership does not communicate amongst each other whatsoever causing problems in the restaurant.

They refuse to confront anyone about anything the inmates run the asylum. One of the key Hourlys is drunk on company booze everyday. Cocaine is running rampant in the store. Employees bring their kids to work like its a daycare. The management constantly lies to Employees.
