Make drivers routes safer by spreading the work more evenly so that no one driver has to fly around all day while others slack off all day.
Stop taking everything as a joke
Comunication.i was in training and my trainers would come in 2 hrs late again boss told me 4 but they come when they please and don't get fired but if u give your opinion on this stuff u get fired or revaluted
Communication and quit lying to the employees
They need to get better at following the rules not making up their rules as to benefit them and to fit there buddies they also need to follow the law D.O.T and dec and not follow the ones they want

For management and safety department to take and make maintenance a top priority
New management, too many close friends work inside, they cover for each other instead of working to improve entire operation
Get rid of present management and bring in new people that can do there own jobs
Treat everyone equally and not to discriminate against laborers especially the female ones
I liked that it was very easy to talk with the supervisor that interviewed me
All interviews I've had here have been conducted by "real" people. There is no need to show-boat and elevate your vocabulary - management respects real-life answers over embellished ones.

My old bosses better than what you have now
Best part was the being told I was doing one job and they decided that I was going to do something different
I had the ability to interview with different people
Absolutely retrain the person to understand what employee confidentiality is because there's none
Tell the individual not to expect too much in terms of safety and support
