It is a place with challenging work that will make you feel fulfilled every day. They pay well and have a culture that gives a lot of autonomy, which some people enjoy and others dislike.

Honestly when I was hired told by scale house operator or some sort of supervisor after 90 days I would receive a raise if im eligible for one I should have walked out the door then but I ignored her ignorant comment and took the job after 90 days I got a raise I never missed a day of work

The driver pay is good. The Townsend Delaware yard has badly maintained trucks and filling out the morning and afternoon vehicle inspection reports is pointless because nothing ever gets fixed correctly everything is bandaided to keep the trucks on the road. They have a huge driver turnover

The job itself is fine, however management too busy protecting their friends and letting the lazy employees do only what they feel like doing.

The Salem NH division has poor maintainence, average breakdown time is now 3 to 4 hours. Drivers no longer have access to indoor rest rooms with no place to wash hands. Recently had a case where 2 wheels nearly came off of the same truck. The list is long, no one in management really cares

They are not involved enough with day to day operations ( reality) therefore it is similar to the blind leading the blind!

Easy going, understanding and always willing to listen to any issues that arise in the field

They are actively working to change the culture for the better and get better work-life balance for all employees.

Growing their people is top of the list

Make drivers routes safer by spreading the work more evenly so that no one driver has to fly around all day while others slack off all day.

Stop taking everything as a joke

Comunication.i was in training and my trainers would come in 2 hrs late again boss told me 4 but they come when they please and don't get fired but if u give your opinion on this stuff u get fired or revaluted

Communication and quit lying to the employees

They need to get better at following the rules not making up their rules as to benefit them and to fit there buddies they also need to follow the law D.O.T and dec and not follow the ones they want

Stop trash talking other employees and just show up and do your job that will never happen all around toxic environment

They need a good manager to encourage employees to get their jobs done

They need to get to work on time and or show up same ones call in all the time

We are solution based not problem based. Problems arise, like in every company, but we don't look to what went wrong and scrutinize it. We look to how we can fix it.

For management and safety department to take and make maintenance a top priority

New management, too many close friends work inside, they cover for each other instead of working to improve entire operation

Get rid of present management and bring in new people that can do there own jobs

Treat everyone equally and not to discriminate against laborers especially the female ones

I liked that it was very easy to talk with the supervisor that interviewed me

All interviews I've had here have been conducted by "real" people. There is no need to show-boat and elevate your vocabulary - management respects real-life answers over embellished ones.

My old bosses better than what you have now

Best part was the being told I was doing one job and they decided that I was going to do something different

I had the ability to interview with different people

Absolutely retrain the person to understand what employee confidentiality is because there's none

Tell the individual not to expect too much in terms of safety and support

If management would be more truthful

When the equipment does not break down. Maintenance is pathetic.
