They are not involved enough with day to day operations ( reality) therefore it is similar to the blind leading the blind!

Make drivers routes safer by spreading the work more evenly so that no one driver has to fly around all day while others slack off all day.
Stop taking everything as a joke
Comunication.i was in training and my trainers would come in 2 hrs late again boss told me 4 but they come when they please and don't get fired but if u give your opinion on this stuff u get fired or revaluted
Communication and quit lying to the employees
They need to get better at following the rules not making up their rules as to benefit them and to fit there buddies they also need to follow the law D.O.T and dec and not follow the ones they want
