We work together very well
Everybody respects everybody. There is no looking down on one another for the jobs they do. Everybody is an integral part of the team and you feel that way.

Nothing absolutely zero positive bad environment

We are solution based not problem based. Problems arise, like in every company, but we don't look to what went wrong and scrutinize it. We look to how we can fix it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was very easy to talk with the supervisor that interviewed me
All interviews I've had here have been conducted by "real" people. There is no need to show-boat and elevate your vocabulary - management respects real-life answers over embellished ones.

Best part was the being told I was doing one job and they decided that I was going to do something different

When the equipment does not break down. Maintenance is pathetic.
Staying busy with tasks so there is never a dull moment
Working through daily struggles as a team and feeling accomplished at the end of the day that we've done everything in our power to solve problems efficiently for both employees and customers.
