There are so many benefit options and fairly priced for services you can receive!

Employees have a interest/share in the company's success.

High compared to industry; good incentives

starts day one, HSA and 401k matching, ISO. Cask takes care of its people

It's a total compensation package plus more. Employees have multiple plans and carriers to choose from depending on the state they live in rather than the employer location. Instead of penny pinching, Cask goes above and beyond ie their AD&D is 3x FTE salary

As the company grows our compensation package has evolved and we are very much a part of that process. For my healthcare package I do not pay anything out of my bi-weekly paychecks which is awesome.

Company subsidizes quite a bit and a ton is included.

Compensation is transparent and understandable.

Great benefits and opportunities to benefit personally!
