My leadership is available when I need them and will support my decisions and provide guidance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical insurance premiums are sort of pricey but when insurance is used regularly the out-of-pocket costs are not terrible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company looks to embrace everyone, and no one is treated as unequal from a person-to-person standpoint. This is from my own lens.
