Top leadership level is highly aligned and focused on the mission objectives, its the levels below them that looks over stretched and slow to enact effective change.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Setting realistic targets that takes the economy & geopolitical issues into account rather than arbitrary YOY increases based on unrealistic market demands. The market cannot see what's coming tomorrow, our leaders need to be more conservative about what they agree to.
