Overall I enjoy working at Catalent. It is fast paced and ever changing, which keeps you form being bored but also providing a bunch of new opportunities to grow and learn. Ability to work from home and on site depending on personal needs and needs of the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
MIP and TYIP. I enjoy that I can have a minor level of control working harder to put more money in my own pocket.
