I love that my work has a direct impact on the health of patients. Oftentimes, the products that we are making are a last effort to improve their quality of life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In Kansas City specifically, ERGs and other committees are encouraged by SLT and managers. It is nice that I am given the time in my work day to participate in things that are important to me such as our Green Team, Catalent Women's Network, or the Fun Committee.
