
Hard working and collaborative team
Too focused on following procedures and policing the teams. SOPs are vaguely prescriptive and prevent us from being agile and flexible. Clients notice this.
Very authentic - especially those who were at the site level leadership at some point. You can tell who has been here a long time and cares about the sites.
I am doing many more jobs than I was recruited for. We do not have the resources or support. I would feel better about my compensation if my boss worked as hard as myself and my peers do.
