I like my job. I like that it is hard to get bored as things are constantly changing. However, it is a high-stress environment that isn't meant for all types of people. We're also lacking is some basic software to do our jobs efficiently. Overall though I find this to be a rewarding career.

The mount of PTO I receive is satisfactory.

Everything we do comes back to getting patients the treatments they need. That is very positive and rewarding.

We have a team mindset. We're always trying to share ideas and make work easier for everyone on the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a very clear focus on budgets that need to be met monthly that can override the real goal of patient first. This is driven widely and frequently by management at all levels. it leads to confusion on what the priorities really are.
