So far, my experience has been very positive. My team is welcoming and very knowledgeable. I think the site struggles with communication between teams and from leadership, but it seems that there are initiatives in place to improve that.

I find it difficult to answer this question as I'm not entirely sure which leadership team this is referring to. I think there is room for improvement in identifying leadership and subsequent goals/opportunities for the business unit.
