It was very natural & simplistic.

The people that i interact with & knowing about their triumphs & successes everyday.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need management who have been involved with & are knowledgeable in direct services with our unique clientele.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid what I am worth. If I was looked at as an experienced individual, as an asset, not valued by what their decisions bring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not focusing on issues that don't matter. They need to look at what is affecting the people we work for & realize they're the ones who matter, not themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We each have something different that we are able to bring to the discussion table, we often have more than one solution & a bountiful list of great & new ideas for the advancement of the clients we serve.
