Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It is slow sometimes but not too slow. All of my co workers are nice and helpful, especially my store manager. Almost all of the customers are nice and were very understanding when I first started working. The cash register training is very ineffective and one day of training is not enough.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

7.75 is the pay for part time employees though everywhere else in the area starts at at least $8/hr
