What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers & I all make sure to keep our store a very positive & uplifting place. We want to see our customers happy & satisfied when they leave. I do feel like we all work harder than we should. We honestly dont get paid enough for what they require us to do.
We desire to meet the needs if the customer and the goal of the store.
We have a mix of several different cultures and we manage to satisfy all of them.
We have merchindise that is trendy and stylish
All work well together and help each other
The music keeps the positive vibes and the we as the associates try to stay positive
We have one on one with all of our customers. You get to make women feel beautiful!

Manners! We have mostly polite guests who are regular customers.
The most positive is definitely the experience with my coworkers and the interactions with the many friendly regular customers

Competent, successful, experienced leadership would be a great start
They dont care about theor employees at all. Sure they offer you health care, but itll cost half you paycheck. Who can live on that?
The higher up management needs to be more involved
