They love the company and try hard to do what's best for all of the company's stakeholders, especially its own people. They are always willing to listen and quite considerate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would really enjoy more attention to our retirement plan matching benefit. The challenge is that our clientele doesn't always afford the same compensation as for-profit companies engaged in other sectors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows their role in the company and how to contribute; they do a great job to work together, lead when appropriate, and defer as necessary. They support one another and genuinely enjoy one another!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows they're on the same team. There's no sense of hierarchy or entitlement. Everyone loves to have fun and wants to bring their whole self to work, even when it's risky. But it pays off.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working on project work that is engaging and allows me to solve problems that contribute to new efficiencies and ways to get work done. Providing a great experience and providing resiliency to business processes is invigorating.
