What do you like best about the leadership team?

Amazing ability to listen to feedback, implement change, and move quickly
They work hard to find solutions to big challenges as well as everyday issues. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the culture at CauseLabs.
The quarterly State of the Labs gives all of us a full picture of the last quarter and year to date across projects, financials and departments. I appreciate the transparency.
The leadership is transparent, works well with everyone, and puts the employees first.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent health care coverage with the medical plans and a few options to choose from.
The healthcare is great. We have multiple plans and the Leadership Team really cares about us and works to provide us with the best programs.
The employer covers a majority if not all of the cost of the medical which is wonderful.
My healthcare premium is covered.
They're already good and the company is trying to make them better

What are some of the best things about your team?
We're close knit and it shows. We're remote, but we come together every day is some form or fashion. It's a fun environment.
The team believes in the mission of the company and exhibit CauseLabs values in all that they do.
We trust each other to collectively bring our talent and skills to our work, but we also have of fun together and we can be our selves.
We are extremely resilient and are truly a family. Being a remote team, we have made sure to take time every day to just get to know each other better.
Everyone tries to support everyone else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Owning and taking pride in their work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrations that the company holds.
Our camaraderie, there is a genuine desire amongst the team to be with each other and work together to solve problems.
At the end of the day, we all know that we are helping to create a positive impact for the people our clients serve. Everyone has positive attitudes and cares about our impact.
As a team we uphold the same values and that makes it an enjoyable and meaningful place to work.
Our culture is founded in trust and respect which allows us to come together and share experiences that we might not otherwise feel safe in sharing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The ability to interact with several members of the team.
Very straightforward and organized, everyone I interviewed with was both friendly and professional and the interview felt like a good combination of soft/personal skills and technical knowledge.
We ask different questions and are focused on finding values alignment.
The ability to complete technical assessments in my own time, remotely.
