What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pays well with room for growth
We get paid Jewish holidays off.
I have a decent amount of equity. I think that it will be worth a lot one day.
I have a really good base salary and during busy months can make a lot thanks to bonuses.
It is a good blend of base pay, commission and equity.

Everyone is on board with doing Good in the world and so it's exciting to work together and do great things for the organizations who partner up with us.
Everyone is passionate about professional and personal growth, and in making positive change in the world.
The managers are all very talented with serious professional experience.
