Treating people like they are people and not robots with unrealistic expectations. At times they will act compassionate and you will later learn that they do not really mean it nor care.

I have extensive training and experience which rated me a top printer at the facility I worked at in Sioux Falls. Some people I have trained which were unproven as printers were paid more than me and I can prove it. These kinds of things are not at all motivational.
not really undervalued but rather unappreciated. not rewarded according to the amount of effort put in even though the company is profitable.

my pay is much lower than the range for my area. The medical benefits are horrendous and expensive.
There is absolutely no team or good moral atmosphere, management has created great divisiveness amongst the employees.

I dont think you need operations manager s. Just a co and print managers cut out the middle man. Would save enough to employ 2cleaners for the shop floor plus a changeover person
