Some people I have trained which were unproven as printers were paid more than me and I can prove it. These kinds of things are not at all motivational.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treating people like they are people and not robots with unrealistic expectations. At times they will act compassionate and you will later learn that they do not really mean it nor care.
