Excellent customer service and member first mentality.
Overall coverage and support they provide
Give back to the subscribers some of their own money by cutting the CEO's benefits compensation down to size. Making us jump through hoops to get "rewards" (ie REFUNDS) is weird and unprofessional.
The prices have raised every year...more and more challenging, but I suppose this is likely everyone.
They are approachable, supportive, and flexible.
