I love working here - the flexibility, work life balance and continuous progress and success. I've never worked with a smarter or more supportive team.
Great overall culture. Interesting, fast-faced work. Good team, depending on which team you land on. Majorly underpriced positions. That passed in the early days but is clearly an issue now as there is high turnover on many teams. Hoping they keep up with the market.
Management AG and NL have no idea what they are doing let anyone go who challenge their crown. Company not performing and clients are being lied to. Company doesn't pay living wage in Colorado.
This place is excellent and I have no plans to leave. It's easy to imagine the company becoming more and more successful as time goes on. I'm genuinely excited to be part of it.

It's laid-back compared to other Finance Departments. It's a normal 8 hour work day all month long. If you feel like you need to stay later to work you can but you aren't required to.
