- What makes you most happy at work?Again, the kindness of my coworkers; I have felt supported in tough times, surrounded by people I can and o learn from and it's common to laugh genuinely hard at least once a day.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We have a culture of appreciation and respect. There is very little negativity, gossip or drama, and I don't see any weak links.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I make good money for my profession, and the flexibility and PTO/VTO/Parental Leave combo are excellent.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Currently being paid 20k under market value. Employees are forced to bring raise requests to the manager. Once annual small adjustments just won't do.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Not paid according to area. Florida COL is very different from Colorado COL.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?How to treat their own staff and lead by example. Not going back on their word, lying to the staff.
