How to treat their own staff and lead by example. Not going back on their word, lying to the staff.

Currently being paid 20k under market value. Employees are forced to bring raise requests to the manager. Once annual small adjustments just won't do.
Not paid according to area. Florida COL is very different from Colorado COL.
Company routinely underpays employees and finds new ways to disparage them.
