I make good money for my profession, and the flexibility and PTO/VTO/Parental Leave combo are excellent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently being paid 20k under market value. Employees are forced to bring raise requests to the manager. Once annual small adjustments just won't do.
Not paid according to area. Florida COL is very different from Colorado COL.
Company routinely underpays employees and finds new ways to disparage them.
