What is the best part about your compensation package?

I make good money for my profession, and the flexibility and PTO/VTO/Parental Leave combo are excellent.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a culture of appreciation and respect. There is very little negativity, gossip or drama, and I don't see any weak links.

What makes you most happy at work?

Again, the kindness of my coworkers; I have felt supported in tough times, surrounded by people I can and o learn from and it's common to laugh genuinely hard at least once a day.
