What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actual care about us and they know what's going on in our lives which makes them more compassionate.
The level of engagement and care that they express and show to team members is amazing and the trust they have.
What I like best about our leadership team is there is a system in place to support both personal and professional growth for every team member.
They really care about their employees. I feel seen and heard by them. They know how to be professional but friendly at the same time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need more sensitivity training.
