What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are involved in the day to day situations, from my previous company the Exc team is more reachable than the normal.

My experience is very poor and there are management in position that don't know the industry and they feel belittle with I offer them solution so they gossip to senior exec and the senior execs are narcissist. Absolute narcissist.
