My experience is very poor and there are management in position that don't know the industry and they feel belittle with I offer them solution so they gossip to senior exec and the senior execs are narcissist. Absolute narcissist.

They need to adopt a more effective leadership style and hire executives who are expert in related industry.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I wanna it to be respected and appreciated for the hard work and hours I am putting in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a lot of work and face to face interview so I thought they are being careful with their selection.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much because the leadership don't walk the talk and the subtle message promotes back stabbing and throwing your colleague under the bus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I ware three different hats for a job that I was originally hired for and they refused to negotiate my salary but their expectations to continue support the 3 roles remained. And that was due to my industry experience which was absent among others.
