What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet and interview with everyone I would be working with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid fairly for my title and also separate sick and vacation time, the maternity leave is amazing and so is the grievance policy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the family feel we have here. Everyone around me has been here for 15+ years and I think that really speaks to the management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have been together for almost 3 years and it feels like a family. We are very close and know we are there for each other and can count on one another.
