Equal Pay for Same Job Classification H.R. response time to internal investigations is unethical. Refrain from bieng classified as a part-time employee when scheduled full time hours hence paying more for benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Outside new hires are hired at hire wages then existing employees and given full time consistent schedules and are hired in the same role same title? Existing employees waiting for full time position and full time benefits for over a year and or years. This invalidates the existing emp tenure
