Once Atlantic was purchased by KKR the company seemed to decline immensely. Staff cuts, terrible auto generated raises. Atlantic's culture of old is gone.

Good company them ever so

Working as a line tech is by no means glamorous, yet we are the ones carrying out the operations on the ramp. Working with millions of dollars worth of equipment and aircraft, we certainly do not get nearly enough money for what we do. No praise or glory in our mundane but important work

Fun and never the same day twice

Low pay hires labor job. One literally does it for the tips. It's sad that the starting wage at sams club is higher than theirs.

The men and women that work with me on my shift are great, including the supervisors are great as well on my shift.

LM is amazing and on top of things. OM is incompetent and aggresive.

Fixing problems that arise, and providing enough staff to do the job up to the standard they require.

On many occasions our manager and supervisor verbally abuses us. Using profanity and abusive language. I work at Flightcraft Pdx. I feel like I am in a hostile Environment and should be treated better.

I worked for Atlantic for about 2 years and during that time I was appalled by how incompentent my managers were. There was a serious HR issue that needed addressing, but we were never given a direct line to our HR representative and our managers made sure of that.

401k match is great, benefits could be better

Automatically started off with some sick hours.

PAY A LIVING WAGE. PEOPLE CANT SURVIVE ON STARVATION WAGES. Seriously, people need a livable paycheck. Because no matter how much you work 1 hr is still only worth X amount. Pay living wages to non managers and take workers out of poverty. Us workers make your buisness and can also break it.

I need more money other bases get paid much more than us

We work hard and work well together.

For the nost part, we were all really close

Manager's and coworkers needed to draw a line between a work relationship and a personal relationship. There was too much of letting things slide for coworkers because of thier personal relationship with a manager. Which was unfair for another coworker when they get in trouble for the tiniest thing.

Would be more effective if they would use offensive language.

Deoending on which bade you were at, there werent as many people so we were very close - including management. Made busy days not as stressful

Nothing it is a hostile work environment. We are told to work as fast as possibly. And safety is no concern to them just work as fast as possible. Have had no training on towing aircraft just expected to do as fast as possible.

Very clear and direct questions asked. The entire process was very easy and there wasn't a long wait to distinguish if I had gotten the job or not.

Seeing the airplanes come and go, seeing regular cuatomers and making coversation

Management needs a refresher. They make this place a hostile environment.

Our supervisor and manager needs training to deal with situations in a calm manner without swearing at us.
