What do you like best about the leadership team?

The men and women that work with me on my shift are great, including the supervisors are great as well on my shift.

Positive uplifting attitude, cons well poor training

LM is amazing and on top of things. OM is incompetent and aggresive.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fixing problems that arise, and providing enough staff to do the job up to the standard they require.

On many occasions our manager and supervisor verbally abuses us. Using profanity and abusive language. I work at Flightcraft Pdx. I feel like I am in a hostile Environment and should be treated better.

I worked for Atlantic for about 2 years and during that time I was appalled by how incompentent my managers were. There was a serious HR issue that needed addressing, but we were never given a direct line to our HR representative and our managers made sure of that.
