    PAY A LIVING WAGE. PEOPLE CANT SURVIVE ON STARVATION WAGES. Seriously, people need a livable paycheck. Because no matter how much you work 1 hr is still only worth X amount. Pay living wages to non managers and take workers out of poverty. Us workers make your buisness and can also break it.
