What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The purpose driven work we do to make leaders, orgs and the world better.

The staff here is very warm and encourage their employees to to challenge other staff managers in way that build your confidence while offering reflection in those moments when you may feel doubtful of what needs to be completed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Input from people of all backgrounds and ability levels needs to be considered. Psychological safety needs to increase so that people are unafraid to speak up.
