I like the Sales incentive portion of my package.
Its above the average median of pay for being in the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kindness. Collaboration. In it together. I fit because i was politically aligned.
Collaborative, purpose-driven, smart. Focused on big picture.
All I can say is that this is Literally the best place I ever held employment. The Team I work with balance the load of overall operations magnificently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The purpose driven work we do to make leaders, orgs and the world better.
The staff here is very warm and encourage their employees to to challenge other staff managers in way that build your confidence while offering reflection in those moments when you may feel doubtful of what needs to be completed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very inclusive. Met with many peers ans cross functional colleagues
I left feeling like I was just as much as an asset that day as those who have been working there for any length of time.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive environment of the Center is infectious down to the cooks In the kitchen. It's more of an extended family that keep you busy than it is a job.
