Mr. Tracy B. Bridge has been an Executive Vice President and President of Electric Division at CenterPoint Energy, Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Bridge served as Senior Vice President and Division at CenterPoint Energy, Inc. Mr. Bridge served as Executive Vice President of CenterPoint Energy, Inc. and President of its Electric Division since February 2014. Mr. Bridge served as the Division President of Electric Operations at Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp., from september 2012 to february 2014 and was responsible for financial and operational responsibility for electric transmission and distribution for 2.2 million customers in the greater Houston area. Mr. Bridge serves as a Senior Vice President at Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp. He served as Division President of Gas Distribution Operations at CenterPoint Energy, Inc .since May 2011 to September 2012 and also served as its Senior Vice President since May 2011 until February 2014. He has been with CenterPoint Energy since 1986, when he was hired as a regulatory attorney for CenterPoint Energy's Minnegasco operations in Minnesota; then serving 12 years as Director of Regulatory Services and seven years as Director of Government and Public Relations, in 2007, he was amed Division Vice President, Minnesota Region Gas Operations, in 2008, he was named Division Senior Vice President, Support Operations in Houston, responsible for providing shared services to regulated Gas and Electric Operations, in 2010, he was given responsibility for Business Transformation and the Regulated Operations Technology group's deployment of Advanced Metering Systems and the Intelligent Grid for Electric Operations. Mr. Bridge's utility experience began in 1976 as a utility laborer during his college summers in Lamoni, Iowa. Mr. Bridge is the president of the Graceland University Yellowjacket Club and a member of the American Gas Association (AGA) and Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Customer Service Committees. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Business Partnership; the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation; the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery; and the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. He is a past chair of the AGA Rates and Strategic Issues Committee, where he was awarded AGA's Outstanding Service Award. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Graceland College in 1980 and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 1983. He has also completed advanced business and utility courses at the University of Michigan in 1997, the University of Idaho in 2006 and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in 2007.
