The base pay & great benefits
Annual incentives are bery generous. Commissions are commpetitive, as an employer in sales or construction you do have the ability to grow your income.
Health insurance covered co-pays and generic perscriptions.
Generous bonus incentives; pay raises once a year.

Fun and professional people. Innovative teams and teamwork.
We are cohesive and help each other whenever the need arises!!
Collaborative and supportive. Everyone works hard and has a passion for their work.
The best thing was the willingness for the other superindentents to help each other out when they needed it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people & the CEO's give us bonus's as an extra bonus at times to show his appreciation.
They enjoy what they do, the culture encourages employees to share ideas on how to complete tasks effectively.
Volume of work is high; you must be able to Work at a fast pace.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication is lacking which creates redundancy, frustration, and wasted time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was smooth and informative!
Spoke with several leaders, allowing me to get different perspectives, and to gain a better understanding of the expectations of the Job.
