  • Honestly, these are some of the most hardworking people I've ever met. Everyone here pulls more than their weight and has a work load that could easily be split into 3 jobs. Kudos to everyone who works here.

  • The job does not cut into my social life. At Century it's a personal choice whether or not you work long hours. If you fail to realize that long hours won't get you ahead then you miss out on your personal life. If you do your best and go home at 5 you'll be able to have a rich personal life.

The fastest growing segments for Century would be entry level product which they've streamlined for faster build times and designed to reduce waste in order to deliver product at lower price points.

  • Changes would have to start from the top down. To remove the hostile climate you'd need to make people feel safer about accepting blame/responsibility when things go wrong, provide adequate staffing so people aren't so over worked, and improve communication across every facet of the company.
