Very forward thinking and upbeat.
You need good customer service! Your office has employees who don't know what's going on and I'm pretty sure none of them care. There is a HUGE concrete dumping ground in the common green space and it looks horrible! I have contacted Meritage and i get no answer. I'm going email the CEO.
Transparency with clients when it comes to incentives being offered.
I have been denied promotions and incentives all available to all customers. We've not been given respect to discuss options with families. Upon return to make an offer we are told we can't get those promotions. We've not been taken seriously. We've been treated unfairly, and discriminates again.
