I believe I am paid a very competitive salary.

We have a comprehensive compensation program that includes salary, variable comp, equity and other perks. We are aggressive in our pay and believe in equitable pay for equivalent work efforts and contributions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company is aware that the pay is below market but chooses to pay lower.

Immediate 401k matching, stock options or awards, bonuses (signing & performance), WFH stipend, matching charity donations.

I do not think Ceridian will be a family again, it is simply a factory of workers now! Therefore, I do not see immediate people-oriented changes but rather they set themselves on a blazing path full of greed. Good luck with that. You have the blessings of all those who you laid off.
