The work is mentally challenging and keep you on your toes. Ceridian is the kind of org that will push you out of your comfort zone.. expect to juggle with operations, clients, people management and strategic planning in the same day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to your employees or you'll never be able to compete with the big boys like Workday.
internal processes are not synchronized or systematized. each new project is a completely different process or procedure. procedures and troubleshooting software issues remains undocumented, tribal knowledge
Better accountability between departments, even this survey is not user friendly
High expectations dont match reality
No follow through trust is gone
fair compensation and a stake in the company future (like stocks)

It's flexible work schedules and work life balance ans well as the vision we have for the future of our company.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Maybe better management of Managers - while our executives say transparency and openness to experience and knowledge - in reality this isn't felt accross the board and even in some cases youth trumps experience and knowledge which I don't think Sr leadership is aware of.
