What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to be more honest and concerned about lying up a perfect image. They constantly talk about culture, trust, and integrity, but behind closed doors, they speak of employees like burdens, morons, and they pull people out of opportunities and without giving them feedback.
