Sopport and better pay and recognition

better work environment, everyone is just a number

Lower benefits and advantages than in other companies. Pay is too low compared to nb of worked hours (mini 60 per week)

I do a job for three to four people but all the executives get the big bonuses and pay. Ran a department that required at least 20-30 people and I had 5 at best.

As a team leader. My superiors provislde little assistance. No sipport. Continuous miscommunication

The company keeps many employees as temps longer than promised in order to suppress wages.
