The sense of accomplishment whenever we complete a projects

The work it self and staying busy never a dull moment.

When a senior manager says thank you which is very rare

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everyone should be replaceable but not here. You are rewarded for doing less and critized for going the extra mile

implementation, onboarding, transparency, and cohesiveness

less hours at work and everyother friday off

On the station level, the company is extremely corrupt. National and global management simply doesn't involve itself enough.
